创建采购组织：

给工厂分配采购组织：

（1）一个采购组织对一个工厂

（2）一个采购组织对一个公司：

但是，即使做了这个分配，仍然需要将采购组织分配给工厂。

（3）一个采购组织对多个公司：

将属于 不同公司代码的多个工厂分配给采购组织即可，这时不能为采购组织分配公司代码（一个采购组织只能分配一个公司代码）。

（最终都是用的采购组织对工厂的分配的数据。只是如果一个采购组织已经分配了一个公司代码，那分配的其他工厂可能不生效？）

标准采购组织

为工厂分配标准采购组织（standard purchasing organization）：

1.In the case of goods issues of pipeline materials, the purchasing info records of the standard purchasing organization are read.

2.In source determination for stock transfers and consignment, the system automatically utilizes this standard purchasing organization.

3.收货自动创建PO时，系统使用该采购组织

参考采购组织

为采购组织分配参考采购组织（reference purchasing organization）：

1.The conditions of a reference purchasing organization to be used by other purchasing organizations for the purpose of price determination

（即参考采购组织创建的信息记录，下面的采购组织可用）

2.Several purchasing organizations to access the contracts of a certain reference purchasing organization

即参考采购组织创建的合同，下面的采购组织也可以使用，如果不做参考配置时不可用的。
